1. Returns
1.1. We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of the date of purchase.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, including any packaging and tags.
1.3. Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Initiating a Return
2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@mellowapricotstudio.com to request a return authorisation (RA) number. Include your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your message.
2.2. Once you receive the RA number, please securely package the item and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
3. Shipping Your Return
3.1. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
3.2. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
4. Refunds
4.1. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
4.2. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
4.3. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
5.1. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
6.1. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.
6.2. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item, and we will cover the return shipping cost in such cases.
